Returns Policy

If for any reason you claim that the Products delivered is defective please notify our sales team immediately. You will need to provide us with your order reference number (either our invoice number or your order number) and the product details. email sales@thepumppeople.co.uk or phone our customer service team on 01304 840999.

We will then arrange for collection of the item by our freight partners

You must return the item in its original condition, including packaging and obtain proof of return from the driver.

We will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail or by telephone if requested within a reasonable period of time.

We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product.

Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the cost incurred by you returning the item to us.
Products being returned to us under warranty are covered under a 'return to base' policy. Items will need to be returned to us with a covering letter and the original paper work. Items will then be taken to our workshop for inspection and we will notify you via email or telephone once this has been carried out.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Delivery Information

A&C Pumps Ltd use our own delivery team to ensure that your order will be delivered as promptly as possible in pristine condition. At times for certain areas we will use a very reliable delivery company to deliver the goods to your door.
Delivery Times

At www.thepumppeople.co.uk we aim for next day delivery (as long as orders are recieved by 3pm mon-thurs and the items are in stock). However some places in the Highlands, and the Islands of the UK will be looking at more like 2-3days. Postcodes effected by this are :- FK, KY, PA, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW, BT, IM, HS, ZE, GY and JE

Checking Goods

Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received and agree that they are in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please check your item before signing. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as 'Unchecked'. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims the your make thereafter.

If the good have been damaged then these are to be reported to our sales team ASAP
