Single Free Standing : Packaged Pumping Stations
Packaged Pumping Stations Types & Quality Of Build.
We at A&C Pumps are very pleased to be able to offer years of experience and knowledge in the design, build and supply of Packaged Sewage Pumping Stations.
The industry standards for the pump release mechanisms within the sump are “Guide-Rail” and “Free-Standing”. Without a doubt Guide-Rail is the best arrangement, but accordingly it is a more expensive arrangement. Free-Standing requires for the service engineer to lie on his chest and with arms stretched down into the sump, release the pump (together with its flexible hose). This can sometimes be very difficult. Therefore we at A&C Pumps construct our “Free Standing” Packaged Sewage Pumping Stations with the flexible hose and in-line release mechanism routed to the top of the sump before returning down to the bottom location/the pump. Thus making pump removal very easy, even in the event of a pump blockage/high-level. We provide this feature without extra charge.
Unlike our competitors, we do not offer Dual Free-Standing Pump Packages. This is because of the aforementioned, and also because Free-Standing pumps can “walk” slightly and can knock against each other. However our Dual Guide-Rail Packages are generally better priced than our competitors' Dual Free-Standing Systems anyway. And we won’t be beaten on price, dispatch or quality.
