High Level Alarm System

 

• 325mm x 235mm wide x160mm deep, Gewiss Plastic Enclosure with IP55 protection
• Ideal for use with single pump (with integral float)
• Loud Piezo buzzer
• 240/1/50 mains supply powering. 12v DC (rechargeable) battery
• Reset button on fascia
• Connections for floats/switch to activate alarm
  On closed-circuit (high-level) or open-circuit (low-level)
• Automatic mute of buzzer when float/switch circuit changes (e.g. level lowers), or…
  Continuous sounding until reset by way of button on fascia (remove jumper peg “RIPR.ALL” on PCB)
• 12v DC output connections for for flashing beacon (optional extra from stock)
• Volt free connections to either open or close upon activation of alarm
• LED indication of: “power on", “alarm activated”

The Pump telemetry system is a keypad unit that has the capability of dialling pre-recorded speech messages over a telephone line. It is installed in your pumping
system so that when your alarm float detects a fault, the unit will dial a programmed telephone number and play a recorded speech message, alerting you to the
problem. (Before the telemetry system will work you must program it with a telephone number and record the alarm messages that it will play).

This alarm unit will send out an SMS message to your mobile phone (or SMS-enabled phone) in the event of:

• Air pump failure ( detected by pressure switch)
• High level in a sump ( detected by floatswitch)
• Power failure

Floatswitches 

TYPE LR02-IS (Certificate Sira 04ATEX2187) may be used in zones 1 and 2 with flammable gases and vapours with apparatus groups IIA,IIB &IIC and with temperatures classes T1, T2, T3, T4, T5 and T6.                                       

 

Taurus Integrally weighted Floatswitch for sewage available with 10m or 20m cable.
3 core connection (black is [common], paired with brown = makes circuit on rise, paired with blue makes circuit fall.

“MC” Multi-contact Floatswitch for sewage
Available with 6m, 13m, 20m, or 30m cables. Price includes Counterweight, to be fitted on ‘bulb’ end of cable.   Heavyweight floats for sewage and waste water.

Double action floats for emptying or filling operation. 3 core connections (brown is [common],paired with Black  = makes circuit on rise, paired with blue makes circuit on fall.) Operation at 5 degrees. Tilt from centre for ease of operation.
