Cesspools

 

Our cesspools are ideal for rural developments without mains drainage.

Discharge of treated effluent can sometimes be unsuitable due to ground conditions, and infrequent usage (such as at seasonal properties or holiday homes) which prevents the successful function of treatment plants. In these situations a cesspool provides the ideal solution.

Key features:

• Robust, easy to install cesspool
• Rigid, watertight structure available in sizes up to 24,800 litres (3 pop/1 tank – 2500mm diameter x 5.5m long) or larger volumes by way of 2+ tanks connected together
• 110mm or 160mm uPVC inlet fitting, fabricated into tank to customers spec
• Lockable cover with frame, pedestrian duty as required by Building Regulations 1985 (1990 revision); heavier loading covers available at extra cost
• Option high-level alarm; lithium battery powered with 10 year shelf life/unused, or operates buzzer continuously for 30+ days/nights until exhausted
